- Under the Utilities & Billing menu at the top of the website, click on Online Account Portal.
- Register by filling out all of the information and clicking the “Register” button at the bottom of the page.
- You will see the screen below. Leave all of the fields blank and click the “Sign up for Service” button.
- On the next screen, enter only the house number in the box provided. Once you’ve entered the house number, click on the search button and then select your address from the options.
