View or Pay Your Bill • View or Monitor Your Electric and Water Consumption
- Under the Utilities & Billing menu at the top of the website, click on Online Account Portal.
- Click “Register.”
- Fill in all fields, then click “Register” at the bottom.
- On the next screen, as shown below:
- Enter your account number. (A)
- At “Registration Method,” click the drop down menu and choose “Phone.” (B)
- Enter your phone number in the “Registration Value” block. (C)
*** The “Registration Method” and “Registration Value” must match what the Borough has on file for your account. If you receive an error, contact the Borough to verify your account information.*** - Now choose “Continue.” (D)
- On the next page, you will receive verification that your account number has been tied to your username. Now choose “Go To Home Page.”
From the Home Screen, you can:
- Print your bill from the FINANCIAL tab.
- Pay your bill from the FINANCIAL tab or the SERVICES tab.
- View and monitor your electric and water consumption from the SERVICES tab.
- Sign up to receive email alerts for your account from the ALERTS tab.
