- Under the Utilities & Billing menu at the top of the website, click on Online Account Portal.
- Log into your online account (For instructions on how to create an account, click here.)
- Choose “Services” from top bar, then
- “View” the account you wish to view.
- Next, choose “View” for the utility you wish to review. (Electric or Water only)
- Enter Start Date and End Date, then “Refresh.”
- Now, choose “View Calendar Usage.” Your first view will be in monthly format.
- You can change to “Day” or “Interval” (hourly) from the drop down menu under the “Usage By:” heading.
- The “View Grid” button allows you to see the daily or hourly usage in number format for KWH or gallons.
- Use the “Select Different Service/Meter” to view a different utility or address.
